Barbarac Ice-Cream
Maison Barbarac ("ice cream" in Armenian), founded in 1988
by Harry Teneketzian in Saint-Tropez,
specializes in the production and sale of artisan ice cream.
What makes its reputation is not just the fact that the production is purely traditional. All ice creams and sorbets are made with fresh and natural products, in the true tradition of Saint-Tropez ice cream.
The glacier therefore has its own design laboratory, in Saint Tropez itself. The desserts are made at night to be tasted a few hours later ... which gives these products a taste, fresh and authentic, which immediately attracted a large national and international clientele.
